Alex Langford
Alex Langford is an osteopathic manual therapy student currently studying at the Ontario Academy of Progressive Osteopathy. With a background in athletics, movement, and rehabilitation, Alex is passionate about helping people better understand their bodies through a collaborative, patient-centred approach to care.
Alongside her osteopathic studies, Alex has experience as a physiotherapy assistant and in creating individualized movement and strength-based programs focused on mobility, recovery, and injury prevention. She values an approach to health that emphasizes movement quality, patient education, and helping people move and feel their best throughout everyday life.

Megan Northmore
Born and raised in the Kawartha Lakes, Megan is passionate about helping individuals better understand their health and supporting the body’s natural capacity for healing and adaptation. After completing her education away from home, she returned to the community she has always valued to begin her professional practice. Megan holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Queen’s University, along with a Certificate in French for Professionals. She completed her osteopathic education at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, earning a Master of Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Sciences (M. OMSc). Her interest in osteopathy stems from a lifelong fascination with anatomy, biomechanics, and human performance. As a former competitive athlete who has participated in a wide range of sports, Megan developed an early appreciation for the relationship between structure, movement, injury, and recovery. Megan was drawn to osteopathy because of its emphasis on the body’s inherent capacity for self-regulation and the importance of understanding how structure, motion, and function work together to support health. Her approach to care is rooted in osteopathic principles and focused on identifying the factors contributing to a patient’s symptoms while supporting long-term function and overall well-being. Amanda Pendrith
Amanda Pendrith is a Certified Reflexologist, Reiki Master, and Certified Electrologist with diplomas in Massage Therapy and Recreation & Leisure Studies. She has additional training in palliative massage, end-of-life care, energy-based bodywork, and holistic wellness, and brings over 15 years of experience working in health and care environments, including home care and long-term care settings.
Amanda was drawn to reflexology and Reiki for their gentle yet effective ability to support the nervous system and the body’s natural capacity for balance and healing. Her client-centered, integrative approach focuses on creating a sense of safety and support, calming the nervous system, improving circulation and energy flow, and complementing osteopathic care.
She works with clients experiencing stress, chronic pain, tension, fatigue, circulation concerns, and age-related changes, with a particular interest in supporting seniors and those with complex or chronic conditions.
