Gabriella Grima is a dedicated Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a Master’s of Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Sciences (M.OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario. Her background in fitness coaching and managing a family-owned nutrition store gives her a well-rounded understanding of holistic health and lifestyle support.

Gabriella is passionate about the body’s natural ability to self-heal and self-regulate. She provides individualized, high-quality osteopathic care with a special focus on prenatal, pediatric, and general wellness treatments. Amanda Pendrith

Amanda Pendrith is a Certified Reflexologist, Reiki Master, and Certified Electrologist with diplomas in Massage Therapy and Recreation & Leisure Studies. She has additional training in palliative massage, end-of-life care, energy-based bodywork, and holistic wellness, and brings over 15 years of experience working in health and care environments, including home care and long-term care settings.

Amanda was drawn to reflexology and Reiki for their gentle yet effective ability to support the nervous system and the body’s natural capacity for balance and healing. Her client-centered, integrative approach focuses on creating a sense of safety and support, calming the nervous system, improving circulation and energy flow, and complementing osteopathic care.

She works with clients experiencing stress, chronic pain, tension, fatigue, circulation concerns, and age-related changes, with a particular interest in supporting seniors and those with complex or chronic conditions.
